Goutham Vemana, M.D.
Goutham Vemana, M.D., is an Ohio native, who received his B.S. in electrical engineering from the University of Cincinnati in 2003. Passionate about the integration of technology and benefit to patient medical care, Dr. Vemana received his medical degree from the University of Cincinnati, and further completed his internship and residency in urologic surgery. He focused extensively on robotic surgery and technology advancements in urology and achieved multiple awards for his leadership, commitment to research and technical ability. During his residency, Dr. Vemana became extremely interested in comprehensive patient care. Thus, from 2012 to 2014, he pursued an advanced fellowship in urologic oncology under the Society of Urologic Oncology at Washington University in Saint Louis, a leading center of urologic care and cancer treatment. In addition to general urologic treatment, Dr. Vemana’s fellowship training granted him targeted expertise for the study and treatment of all urologic cancers.

Dr. Vemana has published extensively in the areas of prostate, bladder and kidney cancer in top tier urologic journals and international medical publications. He has presented at many national urological meetings. He continues to be active in the research community to drive advancements in therapies for urologic cancers.
